1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5666 ("5666", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5666 website located at https://5666.today and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of 5666, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 5666 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 5666 Privacy Policy and the 5666 Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 5666.

2 Eligibility Requirements

5666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or mobile banking statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of features offered by the 5666 Platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5666 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for selecting a secure password for your 5666 account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Contact information: You must maintain current and accurate contact information on your account at all times. 5666 uses the contact details on file to communicate important account notifications, including verification requests and security alerts.

5666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5666 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 5666, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and other methods as listed on the 5666 cashier page from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your 5666 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 5666 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 5666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the name on your registered 5666 account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and, where applicable, previously used to deposit funds into your 5666 account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. 5666 aims to complete mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 2–4 hours during standard operating periods.
• 5666 may request identity and payment verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Providing accurate documentation promptly will minimise any delay in processing.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal amount.
• 5666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending the outcome of an investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of an individual offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to players who have not previously abused any promotional offer on the 5666 Platform. 5666 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• 5666 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, to withdraw a promotion, or to exclude individual players from a promotion at any time. Where practical, 5666 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer more than once is considered bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 5666 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

• All bets placed on the 5666 Platform are final once confirmed. 5666 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 5666 will follow the game provider's standard malfunction procedure. Bets affected by confirmed malfunctions may be voided and stakes returned at 5666's discretion.
• For sports betting markets, 5666 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time, for example in response to a significant in-play event or to protect the integrity of the market. Bets already placed before a market is suspended remain valid unless the event is cancelled or declared void in accordance with 5666's sports betting rules.

• Where a result is determined to be the outcome of fraudulent activity by a player or a third party, 5666 reserves the right to void all bets associated with such activity and to close the relevant accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 5666 account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 5666 Platform, whether personally or through the use of proxies, associates, or automated means.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the 5666 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on 5666.
• Money laundering: Using the 5666 Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 5666 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile banking provider in relation to deposits made to your 5666 account. Any outstanding chargeback amounts will be recovered from future winnings or pending withdrawals.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5666 Platform — including but not limited to the 5666 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as licensed from providers), and structural layout — is the intellectual property of 5666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5666 Platform without the prior written consent of 5666.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

5666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an account on the 5666 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5666 implements SSL encryption across all pages and transaction flows on the Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and the 5666 servers. However, no online transmission is entirely without risk, and you accept residual risk associated with data transmission over the internet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 5666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the 5666 Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 5666 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but gives no guarantee of continuous access.

11 Termination & Suspension

5666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 5666 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• 5666 has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering purposes.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the 5666 Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than your own breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 5666 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Pending withdrawal requests submitted before closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Amendments to These Terms

5666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — for example, a change to fee structures, eligibility criteria, or withdrawal conditions — 5666 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 5666 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 5666 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 5666's internal complaints process shall be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration mechanism before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
